Terms for using NoCharge.

These terms explain the basic rules for the NoCharge site, games, guides, and optional services.

Acceptance and intended audience

By accessing or using NoCharge, you agree to these Terms of Use. NoCharge is a general-audience website and is not directed to children. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

Free browser-game access and no accounts

NoCharge provides free browser-game access to its current catalog and related guides. The site does not require or offer user accounts, passwords, paid memberships, cloud saves, or public player profiles. Features, games, guides, and availability may change over time.

Local browser data

Game high scores, game preferences, sound preference, and privacy choices may be stored locally in your browser. This data is not a NoCharge account and is not uploaded as a player profile. You can clear local game data through the Privacy page or your browser settings. See Privacy for details.

Intellectual property

The NoCharge site design, game code, artwork, guides, articles, text, and other site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial play and reading. Do not copy, republish, sell, scrape for republication, or present NoCharge materials as your own without permission, except where applicable law allows it.

Acceptable use

Use NoCharge lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other visitors or the site. Do not attempt to bypass security controls, probe or overload the site, introduce malicious code, impersonate NoCharge, or use automated tools to scrape, benchmark, flood, or otherwise abuse the service without permission.

Third-party advertisements and links

NoCharge may display one labeled Google AdSense banner near the bottom of a page, with Google’s Privacy & messaging consent message managing advertising choices. Third-party destinations, products, policies, and availability are outside NoCharge’s control. Review the Advertising Disclosure and the applicable third party’s terms before interacting with an external destination.

Availability and game changes

We aim to keep NoCharge available and its guides accurate, but the site is provided on an as-available basis. We may maintain, change, suspend, remove, or replace a game, guide, page, or optional service without notice. Local scores can be lost if browser storage is cleared or unavailable.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NoCharge is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of availability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NoCharge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or an external destination. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
